Do I pay Court Fees if I am on benefits

The court fee is now £680 for everybody and there are no exceptions. It used to be the case that those on benefits or pension would receive a rebate of £180 but this has been done away with. We have provided details elsewhere on this site of a number of companies / charities that will assist with costs, with EDF and British Gas being among them.

‘Do I pay court fees if I am on benefits’ is just one of hundreds of questions we’ve answered over the years, but feel free to call us on 01425 600129 if you need to know more or need bankruptcy help. Our staff are ex-financial services and have the experience to get you the best result every time.
