Do I need to disclose all my debts if I go bankrupt? - Bankruptcy UK

Do I need to disclose all my debts if I go bankrupt?

If i had a guarantor loan with a family member acting as guarantor, can this be omitted from the bankruptcy in order that the monthly payments can still be met by me, rather than the guarantor.

No, you need to disclose this and it can’t be hidden as the loan would show up on the credit search. You would therefore have to make a separate arrangement to honour the payments.
