Considering bankruptcy as a route out of debt

Hello, I work as a midwife but have been experiencing difficulties for some time now and think it maybe better to go bankrupt. I am really nervous about the possibility of losing my job but the debts just keeps mounting. I am in a debt management plan but the interest on payday loans keeps mounting i would be grateful of some advice please.

We would like to talk to you as we need to know the amount of debt involved, how much it is costing you every month and a bit more about your circumstances. If you are a midwife it is unlikely that you would meet the Debt Relief Order criteria (you can Google these) and bankruptcy may well be the way forward.

Debt Management Plans serve their purpose, but all they really do is keep the creditors at arm’s length, but they do not solve the problem which is getting rid of the debt. You will definitely not lose your job as we have taken countless NHS staff through this process.

Feel free to call us on 01425 600129 with any other questions or for bankruptcy help. Questions may also be posted on our Home Page.
