I'd like to sincerely thank you for all the help you've provided me over the past few days regarding the bankruptcy forced on me in February '10 for a debt of just £3130.79.

You've given me clear and concise advice that has allowed me to gain an understanding of a situation that's been extremely stressful and your honest, straight forward talking has enabled me to see a light at the end of the tunnel. I know I still have a long way to go to get this matter resolved but since speaking to you I no longer feeling as powerless to do anything to prevent my home from being taken from me.

I'd also like to express my gratitude that not once did you judge me or talk down to me regarding the situation and, unlike others, actually took on board the fact I was genuinely unaware of what was happening until I received a letter from the Land Registry at the end of November '09 stating a restriction had been put on my property.

When I contacted I was so confused, I'd been told to try and get an IVA, but when I did I was told the amount I owed was too small to do this. Then I was told by others to get legal help, then when I did, they couldn't help me as their fee's to do so would be considerably more then the amount I owed.

The fact you have provided this initial help free of charge is greatly appreciated as I'd no idea where to go or what to do as no-one else seemed to be able to help and I felt like I was hitting a brick wall which ever way I turned.
