Bankruptcy Help offers free independent bankruptcy advice for both personal and business bankruptcy situations.
Bankruptcy help is generally available from many sources, free facilities do not necessarily offer ‘expert’ advice and will almost certainly not protect you from being harassed by creditors and / or Bailiffs.
It is often the case that the process is completed over several months, as the bankrupt needs time to save the court costs. It is therefore necessary that some form of protection service is in place and this will not be the case with free facilities.
We undertake to protect you from the outset and we will even take on the likes of HMRC and the major banks in protecting you. Once we have a Letter of Authority from you, we will advise the various parties and ‘take the heat’ on your behalf.
Perhaps the single most important part of preparing the court paperwork for you is the Income and Expenditure, as this will decide whether you will be asked for a monthly payment or not, once bankrupt. It is our job to show the court that you have no disposable income, using the latest allowable expenses allowances. This monthly payment is known as an ‘Income Payments Agreement’ or IPA. There are different IPA options depending on your circumstances.
Our Bankruptcy Help Advisers are older, more experienced individuals and are not scripted, so they actually talk to you. Perhaps even more important, they listen carefully to what you are saying and confirm all conversations by email. Bankruptcy Help is just a phone call away.
We have a Fast Track facility available for urgent cases and can conclude the entire process, including the paperwork and arranging a court date, within days if needs be.
